SKI RESORT GUIDE
RATING OF THE RESORT :4.5/5

You can set off with your skis immediately. You won't need a car during your stay as all the shops and restaurants are right next to you in the shopping mall. Prices in the food shops and boutiques are reasonable. Lovely ski area. The shop keepers are very friendly.
Huge blocks of flats spoil the landscape, and it has no charm at all. It's more than simply ageing, there's not much upkeep. It's a real nuisance to have to wait hours for the lifts when it's busy. It's quite difficult to find your way around the gallery that links all buildings.
Despite the old and not very clean accommodation, we had a great week because it was sunny with blue skies and very good snow.

you can leave and arrive on skis, easy access from the road. Highly satisfactory domain and very beautiful
Building a bit the worse for wear but possible to go shopping in flip flops (after a day on the slopes, it's nice and relaxing)
I've been coming to this resort for 8 years now and I'm very happy with it, especially in view of the very competitive prices ... worth trying

Friendly resort. Nice atmosphere. Fairly big ski domain. Many off-piste possibilities.
Many flat linking pistes so you have to push hard on your sticks. Not ideal for snowboarders. Architecture with no charm. Poor snow cover at the bottom of the pistes (1500m) especially towards the end of the season.
We spent a very nice week in Le Corbier even though the weather was not so good. From our point of view, it's a good resort.
