Liked:
Big domain

Disliked:
Skipasses cost over 40 euros per day (over 12) and almost no possibility of family passes apart from the 6 days pass. Children pay 32 euros!!! At that rate you get old lifts from the ancient times. Considering that in some other resorts children under 10 ski for free or considering the good equipment in Haute-Savoie or Austria, it makes you wonder what's the point?

Conclusion:
I think that what saves this resort is its location which means great snow cover, and its closeness to Italy and PACA. As far as I'm concerned, it was the first and last time I went there.

Liked:
The huge domain, the relative lack of people, the variety of landscapes

Disliked:
The price of the ski pass: more than 30 euros a day

Conclusion:
A really nice resort apart from the price of the pass, less access for young people

Liked:
A big, well looked-after domain. No queues for the ski lifts.

Disliked:
A deliberate choice to just have one 'big' very expensive pass...
there was no reduction during the last week of the Easter holidays even though very few of the pistes were open as the Cibouit ski chair wasn't open...
The Serre che atmosphere is gradually disappearing, it's now " Serre che VALLEY".

Conclusion:
Serre che is changing for an up-market public and tough luck for the rest!?

Liked:
A highly family-oriented resort, totally adapted to small children, set in a beautiful, vast domain with superb views, sun, more sun and even more sun, continually skiing in the sunshine, with hundreds of pistes for every level. We love it, me, my family and my friends and we all want to go back there.

Disliked:
The passes are a little expensive and it's true, some of the facilities are really old, they could make more of an effort for the children.
It's a little far and difficult for Parisians to get there.

Conclusion:
I'm going back. My 3-year old son can't wait to get back to Piou-Piou, and I want to going back to Yret (magnificent view) and to ride down the Cucumelle.
