Salomon Lord [click]
Type of ski: Freeride Midfat
Ski review summary :
The ski, which had already caught our attention last year, is certainly a "must", and was selected as one of our reviewers' "Top Picks". It is appropriately ranked in the Freeride Midfat category, with its design specs qualifying it as a 50% slope/50% off-piste ski. Due to its overall performance, versatility and accessibility, the Lord will meet the requirement of a very wide range of users, from the enterprising to the expert skier, who want a ski that is easy and fun to use, versatile, and reliable on all types of terrains.

Salomon Equipe 3V Powerline Z14 [click]
Type of ski: Slalom
Ski review summary :
This ski is an excellent compromise which is perfectly suitable to an athletic skier who is looking for a high-performance yet versatile ski which is not too demanding either physically or technically. The skier who wants a more exclusively Slalom type ski should opt for another model.

Salomon 24H Z12 [click]
Type of ski: Men's Advanced
Ski review summary :
Its performance capabilities are too limited to qualify for inclusion in this category, in which performance, but also accessibility, comfort and versatility are the major criteria. The length of the model we reviewed (178 cm as opposed to the 170 cm model we requested) corroborated our reviewers' opinion. Notwithstanding these shortcomings, the Salomon 24H is a good choice for the physical and technically proficient skier who likes to carve wide turns at high speeds but who is not necessarily looking for a Giant Slalom ski.

Salomon Suspect [click]
Type of ski: Freestyle
Ski review summary :
The testers were quite puzzled by the performance of the Salomon Suspect, which was not really at ease on the slopes or in the park. We suspect that there might have been a defect in the pair of skis we tested, affecting its flex, and we proposed to test this ski again next season.
